A PBM shall not impose different cost-sharing or additional fees on a covered person based on the pharmacy at which the covered person fills the covered person's prescription drug order.
This bill provides that beginning July 1, 2022, the reimbursement rates of all Medicaid participating providers shall be increased by 15% over the rates in effect on June 30, 2022, in accordance with the provider's applicable reimbursement methodology.
