AN ACT TO PROMOTE PRESCRIPTION DRUG PRICE TRANSPARENCY: requires the Attorney General to compile a list of certain drugs and list the drugs’ percentage of wholesale acquisition cost increase, if any, and make the list available to the public on a publicly accessible website. Drug manufactures would be required to provide justification of the increase of cost as well.
