PHARMACY INCENTIVES OR DISINCENTIVES USE PROHIBITION. Prohibits a health plan or pharmacy benefit manager from requiring or providing financial incentives to an individual to prefer a retail pharmacy, PBM mail order pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or other entity providing pharmacy services in which a pharmacy benefit manager has an ownership interest or that has an ownership interest in a pharmacy benefit manager.
