WHOLESALE CANADIAN DRUG IMPORTATION PROGRAM:  Creates the Colorado Wholesale Importation of Prescription Drugs Act, under which the department of health care policy and financing must design a program to import prescription pharmaceuticals from Canada for sale to Colorado consumers.
