THE MINIMUM HOURLY RATE AND EMPLOYER-SPONSORED HEALTH BENEFITS: This bill sets the minimum hourly rate paid to employees based on whether or not the employer offers health benefits to the employee through an employer-sponsored plan.

Enacted at N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 279:21.
