USUAL AND CUSTOMARY PRICE OF PRESCRIPTION FILING: A pharmacy benefits manager or insurer shall require a contracted pharmacy to charge and enrollee or insured person the pharmacy’s usual and customary price of filing the prescription or the contracted copayment, whichever is less.
