PRESCRIPTION DRUGS CONSUMER AFFORDABLE ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT OPTIONS ACT. This bill allows pharmacists to provide additional information to a patient regarding the cost and clinical efficacy of more affordable alternatives for prescription medications. It also prohibits any contract provisions to the contrary.
