BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS: Concerns biological products, adds biological products to existing law regarding substitution of generic drugs. Requires that within 48-hours of dispensing that the pharmacist shall inform the prescribing practitioner by facsimile, telephone or electronic transmission of the biosimilar substitution.
