HEALTHY FLORIDA ACT: Creates the Healthy Florida program, which would establish a comprehensive, universal single-payer healthcare coverage program and a healthcare cost control system for all residents in the state. Would require consolidated drug price negotiations by the state on behalf of all Healthy Florida participants.
