AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH INSURANCE: SB 1162 revokes the authority of the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Individual Health Insurance Market Stabilization Program to levy an assessment from health insurers and reinsurers. In its place, the board is authorized to apply for and utilize federal funds.
