TRANSPARENCY IN HEALTH CARE PRICES ACT: would have required health care providers to make available to the public, in a single document, electronically or on their websites, the health care prices for (at a minimum) the 15 most common health care services they provide.In addition health care facilities would have been required to make available to the public, in a single document, electronically or on their websites the: (1) 50 most-used, diagnosis-related group codes or other codes for in-patient health care services used by the facility for billing and (2) 25 most-used outpatient CPT or health care services procedure codes used for billing.
