PHARMACY BENEFIT MANAGERS: Prohibits pharmacy benefit managers from prohibiting pharmacies from disclosing to consumers the cost of prescription medication, the availability of alternative medications or alternative means of purchasing prescription medications; and prohibits pharmacy benefit managers from collecting copayments from consumers of prescription medications.
