RELATING TO BUSINESSES AND PROFESSIONS — PHARMACIES: Directs the state board of pharmacy to annually develop a list of critical prescription drugs for which there is a substantial public interest in understanding the development of the drugs’ price. If the board determines that the cost of a prescription drug is so high that it jeopardizes the state’s ability to meet the needs of the state’s population for that drug, then the board may set the maximum allowable price that the manufacturer can charge for that prescription drug that is sold for use in the state.
