PROHIBITING PRESCRIPTION DRUG MANUFACTURERS FROM OFFERING COPAYMENT REIMBURSEMENT: No prescription drug manufacturer doing business in New Hampshire shall establish a copayment reimbursement program or otherwise offer to pay, waive, or reimburse a patient for his or her insurance copayment.
