HEALTH INSURANCE RIGHT TO SHOP. This bill amends provisions regarding the development of a program to reward enrollees for selecting high-quality and low-cost health care providers. This bill: defines terms; amends the inducements provisions of the Insurance Code; permits a health insurer to develop and implement a savings reward program for enrollees; and requires the Public Employees’ Benefit and Insurance Program to implement a savings reward program.
