PRESCRIPTION DRUG REBATE AMOUNTS: This bill requires the insurance commissioner to select 25 prescription drugs and requires insurance carriers and pharmacy benefit managers to annually disclose the amount rebated from drug manufacturers offering rebate programs during the prior year. Under this bill, the commissioner shall analyze the information and include it in the annual report required under RSA 420-G:14-a.
