PHARMACY BENEFITS MANAGERS – PHARMACY CHOICE. Prohibits a pharmacy benefit manager from requiring that a beneficiary use a specific pharmacy or entity to fill a prescription drug if the pharmacy benefit manager has an ownership interest in the pharmacy or entity or the pharmacy/entity has an ownership interest in the pharmacy benefit manager.
