PRESCRIPTION DRUG SAFTEY AND COST REDUCTION PILOT PROGRAM ACT: Would require the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to submit an application to the Secretary to permit prescription drug importation from Canada by August 2018 that meets federal requirements for drug safety and consumer savings.
