Directs the Agency of Human Services to explore opportunities to work with other states to create a public multistate pharmacy benefit management program. The Agency of Human Services shall explore opportunities to work with other states to create a public pharmacy benefit management program in order to contain prescription drug costs, determine prescription drug formularies, and increase the transparency of pharmacy benefit management for all individuals enrolled in health benefit programs offered by or on behalf of the State, including Medicaid and the State Employees’ Health Benefit Plan
