Executive Editor Jaime King was quoted in the 10/8/2019 San Francisco Chronicle article Antitrust case against Sutter Health due to begin this week:
The outcome of the Sutter case will be binding only in California, but “will be very compelling for other state (attorneys general) to bring those kinds of cases in their jurisdiction,” said Jaime King, a law professor at UC Hastings School of Law who studies health care pricing and competition.
“What happens here will definitely trickle throughout the country,” she said.
