Wyo. Stat. § 26-2-116. Examination of insurers: The Insurance Commissioner – Wyoming

For the purpose of determining financial condition, ability to fulfill and manner of fulfillment of its obligations, the nature of its operations and compliance with law, the commissioner or any of his examiners may examine any insurer as often as he, in his sole discretion, deems advisable. The commissioner shall in like manner examine each insurer applying for an initial certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state.
