Wyo. Stat. § 26-13-116. Procedures for undefined deceptive practices: Unfair Trade Practices Act – Wyoming

If the commissioner’s report charges a violation of this chapter and if the method of competition, act or practice is not discontinued, the commissioner, through the attorney general, at any time after service of the report, may cause an action to be instituted to enjoin and restrain the person from engaging in the method, act or practice.
