Wyo. Stat. § 26-13-115. Desist orders by commissioner; appeal; violation of order: Unfair Trade Practices Act – Wyoming

If the commissioner finds that any person in this state, after a hearing in which the person is notified of the hearing and the charges against him, has engaged or is engaging in any act or practice defined in or prohibited under this chapter, the commissioner shall order the person to desist from the acts or practices.
