When a policy ends based on the age of a particular insured and the policy holder has misstated the age of insured person, then the person or insurance company shall be entitled to a refund or additional payment according to the person’s correct age. If the insurance company accepts a premium passed the date a policy would otherwise end, the policy is valid.
