Outlines the conditions under which a hospital may purchase property and specifically provides that in a county with a population of more than 100,000 or a municipality of more than 75,000 a hospital may lease, purchase or acquire other entities regardless of whether such action may be considered “anticompetitive behavior“ by the State authorities.
