This statute does not prohibit a physician or provider who is participating in a health maintenance organization delivery network, whether by contracting with a health maintenance organization under Section 843.101 or by subcontracting with a physician or provider in the health maintenance organization delivery network, of from otherwise contracting with a health maintenance organization.
