Insurance; certain health insurers to cover emergency medical care; require: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 24 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to insurance generally, so as to require certain health insurers to cover emergency medical care; to provide for definitions; to provide for written notice; to provide for applicability; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
