Ensuring Transparency in Prior Authorization Act: To amend Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to insurance, so as to provide additional standards for utilization review; to provide for statutory construction; to provide for applicability; to provide for definitions; to provide for a short title; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
