AN ACT concerning health and healthcare; relating to the practice of podiatry; classification as a branch of the healing arts; qualifications; scope of practice; amending K.S.A. 65-2002, 65-2802 and 65-2872 and repealing the existing sections. SB 61 would amend the qualifications and scope of practice for podiatrists licensed in Kansas. The bill would also make technical amendments to statutes governing the healing arts.
