AN ACT CONCERNING THE COST OF HEALTH CARE. To: (1) Codify the Governor’s executive orders concerning health care benchmarking; and (2) require that an annual report concerning health care costs be submitted to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to insurance.
