AN ACT CONCERNING REQUIRED HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR TELEHEALTH. To provide that individual and group health insurance policies delivered, issued for delivery, renewed, amended or continued in this state shall provide coverage for mental health intakes and visits provided through telehealth, and that such coverage shall be provided at the same level of benefits and cost sharing as mental health intakes and visits provided in person.
