INS-PHARMACY BENEFIT MANAGERS. Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Prohibits a pharmacy benefit manager from requiring that a covered prescription drug be filled by a mail-order pharmacy as a condition for reimbursement of the cost of the prescription drug. Effective immediately.
