Revises provisions relating to competition in health care markets. AN ACT relating to health care; requiring a hospital or physician group practice to notify the Department of Health and Human Services of certain transactions; prohibiting a provider of health care from entering into a contract that contains certain provisions; authorizing the use of certain fees to investigate such prohibited contracting practices; authorizing certain civil actions; authorizing the imposition of a civil penalty; providing a penalty; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
