An Act relating to insurance; amending 36 O.S. 2011,
Section 6060.18, which relates to withdrawals from
health savings accounts; providing certain exception;
and providing an effective date. SB 324 exempts individuals over the age of sixty-five from the income tax related to
withdrawing money from a health savings account for non-healthcare related payments.
