AN ACT concerning insurance; relating to health insurance; amending certain requirements of fully-insured association health plans; amending K.S.A. 2018 Supp. 40-2209 and repealing the existing section. SB 29 would remove the requirement that an association must have at least 25 members to be offered group accident and health insurance. The bill would also make several technical amendments to current statute regarding fully-insured association health plans.
