AN ACT relating to prescription drugs; revising provisions
governing restrictions imposed on the list of preferred
prescription drugs to be used for the Medicaid program;
revising the criteria for selecting prescription drugs for
inclusion on that list; authorizing the Pharmacy and
Therapeutics Committee to close certain meetings under
certain circumstances; expanding the scope of the
computerized program to track prescriptions; authorizing
the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the
Department of Health and Human Services to access the
program for certain purposes; and providing other matters
properly relating thereto.
