Concerning aligning primary care payments with the “Colorado Medical Assistance Act” to maximize federal funds, and, in connection therewith, identifying anticipated federal funds. The bill requires the department of health care policy and financing, to the extent available and permitted by the federal government and the Colorado constitution, to maximize federal funds for payments for primary care services by aligning payments with the “Colorado Medical Assistance Act”.
