Expands to whom a health insurance utilization report must be provided by including any employer investigating becoming part of a health plan and revises the data required to be provided as part of the health insurance utilization report. The bill requires annual data for the previous 3 years on the premiums paid by the employer and the claims paid by the insurer and requires a current census of covered employees and dependents. AN ACT to amend and reenact subsection 1 of section 26.1-36.4-09 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to health insurance utilization reports; and to declare an emergency.
