Repeals a section of law addressing short-term limited-duration health insurance plans and replaces this repealed law with a new chapter of law addressing individual and association short-term limited-duration insurance plans. AN ACT to create and enact chapter 26.1-36.8 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to short-term limited-duration health insurance plans; to amend and reenact section 26.1-36.4-02 and subsection 7 of section 26.1-36.7-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to short-term limited-duration health insurance plans; and to repeal section 26.1‑36‑49 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to short-term limited-duration health insurance plans.
