AN ACT relating to health care; requiring certain health insurance policies, health care plans and benefit plans and contracts to include coverage for certain services, devices and supplies relating to hearing aids and cochlear implants for certain persons; requiring the State Plan for Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program to include
coverage for children for certain services, devices and
supplies relating to hearing aids and cochlear implants;
and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
