AN ACT relating to health care; prescribing certain requirements for health benefits for the purpose of determining the minimum wage required to be paid to employees in private employment in this State; creating the Office of the Ombudsman for Hospital Patients to advocate for the protection of the health, safety, welfare and rights of hospital patients and to investigate acts, practices, policies and procedures of hospitals and governmental agencies
which relate to the care provided by hospitals; providing
penalties; and providing other matters properly relating
thereto
