An Ac to revise certain health programs and make an appropriation therefor. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of one dollar ($1), or so much thereof as may be necessary, to the Appropriations, for purposes of enhancing health care programs in South Dakota and to promote efficiency in state government.
