Prosthetic and orthotic coverage; reimbursement rates; definitions: a subscription contract that is issued to a subscriber shall provide coverage for prosthetic devices and orthotic devices that is at least equivalent to the coverage currently provided under title xviii of the social security act and rules adopted pursuant to that title, and the coverage may not be provided under less favorable terms or conditions than any other medical or surgical benefits under the contract.
