The director or his designee may conduct periodic reviews of the operations of private review agents in this State to ensure that they continue to meet the specifications outlined in this chapter and any applicable regulations which may be promulgated by the department. The director or his designee may perform periodic telephone audits of private review agents authorized to conduct business in this State, to determine if the agents are reasonably accessible.
