DIRECTS STATE HEALTH BENEFITS COMMISSION TO STUDY REFERENCE-BASED PRICING. Under the bill, the SHBC will conduct a comprehensive review of reference-based pricing health benefits models and the fiscal impact of implementing reference-based pricing in this State.
