A person licensed to practice medicine under this chapter may not use the services of a physician assistant without the prior approval of the Oregon Medical Board. A supervising physician or a supervising physician organization may apply to the board to use the services of a physician assistant. See definition section Or. Rev. Stat. § 677.495.
