The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall contract with a vendor to make available a health savings account to all enrollees in the HealthChoice qualified high-deductible health plan. Any employer or employee contributions to the health savings account shall be allowable as a remittance to the vendor through payroll deduction in conjunction with the employer’s Section 125 Plan.
