The State Department of Health shall issue reports no less than annually which may include recommendations to the Oklahoma Legislature for any change in the statutes needed to further the purposes of the Oklahoma Health Care Information System Act. Subsequent reports may include plans for expanding the uniform data base to other medical providers including, but not limited to, all licensed health care professionals or entities providing health care services.
