The Director may, by regulation, impose fees upon admitted health insurers to cover the costs of carrying out the provisions of NRS 449.450 to 449.530, inclusive. Each hospital licensed to operate in this state shall form a committee to ensure the quality of care provided by the hospital. The committee must be composed of, but is not limited to, physicians and nurses.
