Lists instances where the superintendent may revoke, refuse to renew, or suspend the license of any insurance producer, insurance consultant, adjuster or life settlement broker, including any insurance unfair trade practice. Statute provides procedures on what the superintendent must do prior to enforcing the action and administrative actions the alleged violator can take to rebut the superintendent’s claims.
